Education Minister Launches Short Films On COVID-19 Preventive Measures By EFLU
How good it seems no if someone can make all of us understand what we need to do in this pandemic situation to take care of ourselves and our country. This was the reason behind the cause of Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, who has made a short film on this topic. Actually Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ shared a short film on preventive awareness campaign against COVID-19 created by the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) on Thursday. This short film was posted on in twitter account first and then on university’s YouTube channels. This short film has been released on the topics of Social Distancing‘ and ‘Washing Hands, which has been made in so many different languages including English, German, French, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Hindi and Telugu.
After releasing this short film on social media platform Twitter he expressed his happiness at the initiative taken under University Social Responsibility (USR) scheme. In which one can see that this video starts students from the University and each video emphasizes the practices, social distancing and washing hands, as proven methods to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Because of this pandemic situation, all the universities all over the world have been asked to shut their regular in-person classes and to provide online classes to the student so that they can carry on with their academics. With a film from EFLU, Delhi University has also begun ‘DU Care For Neighbors’ program me where it is encouraging constituent colleges to look after poor and homeless people in their vicinity during the lockdown.
