Goa University has invited applications for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. ELIGIBILITY CRITERION:
Educational Qualification:
Professor: A Ph.D degree in relevant discipline, and a published High quality work. Must be engaged in research work with eminent evidence of published work. A minimum of 10 research publications in the peer reviewed journals approved by Goa University or UGC (University Grants Commission). The total research score must be 120 as per the criterion.
Associate Professor: A Ph.D Degree in relevant/allied disciplines. A Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade (whichever grading system is applicable).
Assistant Professor: Post Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (whichever grading system is applicable), in the concerned subject from a recognised Indian University.
PAY SCALE:
Professor: The pay of a directly recruited Professor shall be fixed at Academic Level 14 at the rationalized entry pay Rs.1,44,200.
Associate Professor: The pay of a directly recruited Associate Professor shall be fixed at Academic Level 13A at the rationalized entry pay Rs.1,31,400.
Assistant Professor: The pay of a directly recruited Associate Professor shall be fixed at Academic Level 10 at the rationalized entry pay Rs.57,700.
